Hello

You seem to have changes on the skin of your breasts. You are 22 years old. It is unclear if there are any palpable masses that are found on a physical examination.

This is unlikely to be cancer. If you have obtained colored clothing or changed your washing materials it is possible that the color is resulting from these.

It would be best to see your general physician who can perform a physical exam and advise you.

Good luck.
Breast skin discoloration does not mean cancer. At your age it should be very rare. If there is a palpable lesion, I would recommend you to undergo breast US as starting diagnostic imagings. It is important if there is a history of breast cancer in your family. In this case, I would recommend performing the BRCA 1-2 test which is very simple to be done and provides any mutation at the level of chromosome 17. I hope I fulfilled your question.
You need your physician to examine you as soon as possible. Then according to the findings you’ll have to get imaging like ultrasound or MRI done as at your age mammogram doesn’t help.
