I had sex with this girl a few days ago had this bump appear in my pubic area and i’m really worried i might of caught something

That could be any number of things and you need to have it evaluated - you have to rule out an STD but it could also just be a skin tag that is benign and of no consequence. But a professional needs to evaluate it- the picture isn't enough.
