I had unprotected sex three weeks ago. In less than 24 of having sex I took a plan B. I started my period last Saturday and it ended around Tuesday. But was it actually my period?

Yes, that should be counted as your period.
You are probably fine but get a pregnancy test to confirm for peace of mind.
