Bump on inner thighs?

I have a bump on my inner thigh that hurts really bad and is swollen and red and purple around it (hard to touch). I have small bumps on both my thighs and another one turning the same way.

A painful, swollen, red, and purple bump on your inner thigh could be an infected hair follicle, cyst, or abscess. Since you have multiple bumps, it might be hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) or a bacterial infection.

What You Can Do at Home:
Apply warm compresses (helps drain the bump).
Keep the area clean and dry.
Avoid tight clothing (prevents friction).
Do NOT pop it—this can worsen the infection.
Since it’s painful, spreading, and turning colors, you should see a dermatologist. Irvine Skin can help with diagnosis and treatment!
