Yes please attempt good oral hygiene around a temporary crown. The temporary tends to attract more plaque because of its rougher texture. This bacteria and plaque accumulation is not friendly to your gums and can cause bleeding and swelling. This can also make it very difficult to cement your final crown
Yes you can, but don't be aggressive because it might fall off.
Brush gently but do not floss either side of the tooth with the temporary crown as the way you floss could dislodge the temporary crown
Absolutely! In fact, good oral hygiene around your temporary crown will keep your gums healthy and make delivery of the permanent crown easier.
