Can I combine these medications?

Can I take Tylenol for severe sinus while taking Penicillin for a tooth infection?

Yes. But too much Tylenol can damage your liver. Even for short-term use, try to keep the total amount of Tylenol less than 2 grams per 24 hours, and *always* keep the total dose less than 4 grams in 24 hours (2 grams = 2 extra strength 500mg capsules or tablets twice a day; 4 grams is 2 caps/tabs 4 times a day, kor every 6 hours.) Watch out for hidden Tylenol (acetaminophen) in various products, such as cold/congestion medicines.
No interactions were found between acetaminophen and Penicillin VK. However, this does not necessarily mean no interactions exist. Always consult your healthcare provider.
