I have shoulder impingement. Can I do push-ups with shoulder impingement?

It is best to have a chiropractor or other medical provider examine your shoulder prior to starting or continuing any exercise that may cause pain or injury.
Try pulling your elbows in toward your side and see how that works. You probably also need to work on your rotator cuff muscles to strengthen them.
