Can I fix my underbite without surgery?

I am a 25 year old female. I want to know if I can fix my underbite without surgery?

Probably not. You need to have X-rays and a jaw analysis to see if this can be treated by braces or if you need orthognathic surgery AND braces.
The answer depends upon the extent of the underbite, and whether you desire to "camouflage" the condition, rather than deal with the cause.... An evaluation by both an orthodontist and OMS should be considered.

Depends on the severity of your underbite. If it is a minor underbite, an orthodontic treatment can correct it without surgery. However, if it is a skeletal one, then surgery is the only option. You need to be evaluated by both the orthodontist and oral & Maxillofacial surgeon to determine the best option for your case.
It depends on your age and the severity. Schedule an appointment with your orthodontist for a consult.
