I want to change my nose shape. Can I get rhinoplasty under local anesthesia?

Hello. You can undergo rhinoplasty with either local or general anesthesia. If you choose local anesthesia you must make sure the anesthesiologist is used to that type of approach and you have a surgeon who is also used to that technique.
I would not recommend this.
