If your partials extend from one side of the mouth (right) to the other side (left) then you can sleep with them in. However, it is recommended to take them out before bed to give your oral tissues a break from them. If you choose to sleep with them in, be sure to take them out for about 8 hours some other time during the day to let your tissue get some air and rest. Otherwise, you put yourself at high risk of oral infections from candida (Thrush) a fungal infection.
