“Can I speed up my facelift recovery?”
I had a facelift 2 days ago. How can I speed up my facelift recovery?

Sleep on back with head elevated. Avoid straining or bending over. Follow surgeons instructions to the T.
The easiest way to heal from facelift surgery is to make sure that you’re eating well high protein, diet, along with low salt, plenty of fluids and head elevation. Many times I encourage my patience to take turmeric as an anti-inflammatory combined with using a jade roller for your face, if you would like to further discuss, you can direct message me @DrDaddyK or visit me at DrDaddyK.com
At the two day mark after my facelifts, typically patients look pretty good (no stigma of having a lift except some mild swelling). At this point head elevation, icing, Arnica, and relaxation are the main focuses of recovery (dpsny.co/triharmony).
Thank you for your question.
I don't know your health condition and what facelift techniques your surgeon did and how he did the dressing. Just follow your surgeon's postoperative instructions. Take the medicines you were prescribed. My advice now is just eat nutritious meals and do daily activities as tolerated. Every person recovers differently; to be honest you can't do much to speed up the healing process but to prevent the problems.
