“Can I still be pregnant?”
My boyfriend ejaculated before taking a bath and proceeded to continue bathing. A lot of minutes later, I came to his house, and more than 20 minutes later have passed before we had oral sex and the finger of my boyfriend are inserted into me. How long can sperm survive outside the body if my boyfriend had taken a bath? Can it still cause pregnancy? I hope you can answer my question.

I would think that would be highly unlikely.
It's possible for sperm to be transmitted from his finger to you, but unlikely.
You are unlikely to be pregnant.
