Can I take an Omega 3 supplement?

Is it okay if I take low-dose omega 3 supplements (recommended by a drug company is two pills a day but I take one pill once in two days)? The supplement fact says it has EPA, DHA, and other Omega 3s for a total of 357mg per pill. The reason I am taking low does is because of prostate cancer concerns with omega 3 supplements.

There is more to it than just taking omega-3 supplements to prevent prostate cancer. The whole body system is involved. Need a proper assessment.
I am not aware of prostate cancer concerns with omega-3 fish oil capsules. I would consult with your urologist.
