It is highly recommended that you use a waterpik after getting your braces on. I recommend using it after everytime you brush.
Yes, you can use a water pick with braces. It is an excellent addition to flossing and brushing during orthodontic treatment. The water pick helps to remove food particles and plaque from hard-to-reach areas around the braces, enhancing your oral hygiene routine.
Yes a water pik is great for braces. Never use it on high start at a low setting and as you get more comfortable using it increase to medium pressure.

Absolutely yes and do it as much as you can to keep the brackets clean. This will prevent your teeth from having "scars" on them when the brackets come off...
Yes, waterpik is a very good machine that contributes to maintain your teeth clean when having braces but it does not substitutes the tooth brush. As an Orthodontist I recommend to use both a tooth brush and a waterpik to keep your teeth clean.
Yes start using it daily and work up (titrate) the setting to the highest possible setting as it adds a great complement to your cleaning routine.
