I have a dental bridge and I want to use mouthwash. Can I use mouthwash with a dental bridge?

Absolutely. Using mouth wash helps to get rid of the biofilm and the bacteria that causes gingivitis
Short answer is yes. If the bridge is cemented in, then brush, floss, rinse just like your own teeth. If the bridge is removable, then it should be removed and cleaned outside your mouth. Your dental hygiene should be done with the removable bridge out of your mouth. If you just want to freshen your mouth and do a quick rinse, then there is no harm in leaving your removable bridge in while you rinse.
There is no research, evidence or rationale to support the belief that mouth rinse adversely affects dental bridges (or crowns or implants). Typically, a dental bridge will be made of gold, porcelain or zirconia and none of these materials are affected by recurring use of mouthwash.
