You can, but toothpaste will tend to scratch dentures. Liquid soap and a soft toothbrush are one of the best things to use.
No, whitening toothpaste is only designed for natural teeth. There are separate products for the denture on the market that will help you brighten your prosthesis without damaging plastic like whitening denture foams and soak.
