There are many types of "pink eye", usually referred to as a conjunctivitis including allergic, bacterial, and viral. They are all treated differently. If in fact you do have a conjunctivitis, I would not wear your contact lenses until what you have resolves itself, preferably under the care of an eye doctor who can diagnose and prescribe for you precisely to address the problem.
