“Can you go blind from using the computer too much?”
I am a 17 year old female. I want to know if you can go blind from using the computer too much?

No you will not go blind
You can not go blimd from using computer too much If you want to decrease eye fatigue and irritation from computer use Every 20 minutes of solid computer use take a 20 second break and look into the distance 20 feet away . This will relax your eyes while using computer . Also you can use artificial tears .
You can become more near sighted and need glasses. If strong enough that could make you legally blind without glasses but you would still be able to see with glasses.

No, you will not go blind….. however you do need to rest your eyes (and go outside!) from time to time.
