No. I do not recommend a chiropractor for this. Please see a physiatrist, sports medicine doctor, or orthopedic specialist for this.
I’m sure some can, but you would be better off going to an shoulder expert. I’ve dislocated my shoulder a few times. I go to the ortho to make sure everything is in good shape.
