Good morning Not a traditional chiropractor unless they specilize in soft tissue injuries. But also depends on the severity of the hernia and if a specialist was seen and diagnostic imaging was performed to detect the issue.
You have a hernia in your gut from lifting weights? Sometimes a Chiropractor can help, if it is retractable. Sometimes people go for surgery for gut hernias. A herniated disc can be helped by Chiropractic by taking care of the bones and muscles around the injury.
Chiropractor and sports go, hand-in-hand as proper alignment allows the muscles to express the hundred optimal power, while the joint is properly mobilizing in the direction which lens hands into increasing accuracy of throwing pitching, swinging, running, jumping and squatting.
hernias can be, either visceral or musculoskeletal. Interestingly enough, where did they are one or the other they will affect each other.
So proper alignment helps the body maintain optimal performance to reduce possibility of inguinal herniations.
