“Can a failed dental implant be replaced?”
I am a 53 year old male. I want to know if a failed dental implant can be replaced?

It depends on the condition of the surrounding bone. Sometimes the implant can be replaced very close, adjacent to where is was initially placed.
A failed implant (I had one replaced) can be replaced if there is adequate bone remaining, or if bone is inadequate, it can still be grafted to have enough bone to hold the replacement.
A cbct X-ray will need to be taken to properly evaluate the condition of the underlying bone and the cause of the original failure.
