I am a 33 year old female. I wonder if a gum graft can move?

The first 24 hours are critical for a graft to "set". Care should be made to treat the area gently, following your dentists recommendations for care. If traumatized in that short period the graft could be lost or displaced
Yes, it can move. If you think the graft is moving, make a follow up appointment to see if it needs attention before it fails
