I have a disc hernia. Can a herniated disc return to normal?

It’s been said decompression will help but what’s the use of decompression at $150/ visit if you go back to your poor body habits!
Your disc herniation is like cavity,.. how you take care of it makes it symptomatic or not!
Start a course of swimming, and correcting your posture and consider ergonomic assessment of your ( home/ social and personal habits)
