“Can a kidney infection hurt my unborn baby?”
I am 4 months pregnant and I have a kidney infection. Is it serious? Can a kidney infection hurt my unborn baby?

Yes, it can.
Depends where the infection is . If it is in the bladder there are no I’ll effects but still must be treated. If however the infection is in the kidney, there is a risk of preterm delivery. Also can have sepsis and breathing problems if the infection is in the kidney
Simple urine infection does not hurt.
