If it is a subcutaneous, lipoma can be removed easily
An abdominal lipoma can be removed depending on its location and size. The real question is do you need surgery? Will the benefit of surgery outweigh the risk? Just because it can be done does not mean it should be done - this is a conversation to have with your surgeon.
Yes. It should be removed once at 5 cm 2nd to malignant potential.
