Acupuncture not acupressure
Yes. Acupressure may be able to help with insomnia, but you should do a couple of sessions per week. Combining acupuncture with herbs may be more helpful for you for faster results.
Yes.
I do acupuncture which is stimulation of the points with needles. I do not do acupressure. Acupuncture and herbal medicine can help with insomnia
Great question. I am not familiar with the benefits of acupuncture so I can't comment on its effectiveness with insomnia.
Yes, both acupressure and acupuncture can help with insomnia.

Certainly! An Mian on the side of the neck behind the ears is one of the best points for insomnia. To find them, place a finger behind each earlobe, and move the fingers just behind the bony protrusion. Light pressure is sufficient. Heart 7, Spleen 6 Liver 4, and Kidney 3 are all good points to try. Try darkening the room, playing soothing music, using relaxing lotions or meditating before bed.
I have never prescribed it for insomnia but if you’re having pain issues it could indirectly help you sleep.
I practice acupuncture, not acupressure, so I can't tell you if acupressure is effective. But yes, acupuncture can help with insomnia.
Yes, acupuncture can help with insomnia.
Acupuncture is one of the effective natural treatments for insomnia, but acupressure would not give you enough improvements.

I don't know if acupressure can help with insomnia, I don't use acupressure all that often. In my experience, acupuncture (using needles) is much more comfortable, the treatment effects come on faster, and the treatment effect tends to last longer when compared to pressure techniques.

Acupuncture has a good track record with insomnia; most studies show acupuncture outperforming the usual treatment options.
I do acupuncture not acupressure, but yes, acupuncture can help with insomnia.
