Can an ECG detect angina?

I am a 30 year old male. I wonder if an ECG can detect angina?

If an ECG is performed while you were having angina it may very well have what we call ST depression. Unfortunately it is not 100%. In fact up to 20% of ECGs can be perfectly normal during an acute heart attack. If the area at risk is on the back of the heart, it is far enough away from the ECG leads that it may not register
Angina is a symptom. It means any symptom relate to an inability for the supply of blood to meet the demand for blood from the heart muscle. Symptoms are detected from a clinical history, not an ECG
