Can dental implants affect your sinuses?

I am a 30 year old male. I wonder if dental implants can affect your sinuses?

Not usually.
If an implant is placed into the sinus, yes, it can, however, this does not always happen, and some implants are designed to go through the sinuses.

Only if they are placed too high into the sinus.
Possibly, if the implant intrudes into your sinus and you have chronic sinus conditions
Unless the implant is in your sinus it should not have any effect
