Can diabetics have low blood sugar?

I am a 20 year old male and I have diabetes type 2. Can diabetics have low blood sugar?

Yes, it's one of the side effects of the medications.
Diabetics can have low blood sugar especially if you are using medications to lower blood sugar. It is very important to not let you blood sugar go too low or too high. I highly recommended continuous glucose monitors to see if your sugar is going to high or too low and to see where problems may be arising. Keeping close watch on that can be important. You may need to either adjust what and when you are eating or medications you are taking.
