“Can exercise cause blurred vision?”
I am a 19 year old male. I want to know if exercise can cause blurred vision?

In rare circumstances if there are metabolic conditions that cause
significant fluctuations in blood sugar, it's possible for intense exercise
to cause temporary vision changes. Otherwise no.

Usually it does not, but in patients that have multiple sclerosis vision may worsen when the body temperature rises as with exercise.
Intense exercise can cause blurry vision. Generally that blurry vision is caused by overall fatigue if you’ve over done it. If you notice that your vision gets blurry while you were working out that may be a sign of a more serious issue, and you should consult your family doctor about that. It may be a good idea for you to have an eye examination and a physical examination. Best of luck to you thank you for asking.
