Can eye bags return after blepharoplasty?

I will have blepharoplasty. Can eye bags return after blepharoplasty?

When you treat the eye bags, if you remove the fat, it will not be returned. The problem is either you still have some skin remained than it should be removed, but more likely you have tissue loss, including the fat around there, and loosing sagging down muscles. So removing the fat may not help.
Hello: It is not an impossibility; however, it should take a long time for them to re-appear. If they are still visible in the same amount, there may not have been enough removed.
Yes. If you develop thyroid eye disease they can return or if there was extreme exertion upon extremely heavy lifting they could possible re-herniate. This is a very unusual recurrence.
