I am a 31 year old female. I want to know what happens if you don't wear a compression garment after liposuction?

You don't stay compressed. Swelling is greater, and you have a higher risk of post-op bleeding, bruising, and contour irregularities. Generally, if you don't want to wear compression garments after liposuction surgery, you are probably better off not having liposuction surgery at all. Discuss this with your local plastic surgeon.
