High eye pressure can be treated. You should see an eye care specialist for management of this condition.
Depending on how high the pressure is and whether you have associated damage you may require treatment with eye drops, laser or incisional surgery. Damage from elevated pressure is essentially irreversible so if the pressure is causing damage or is high enough to likely cause damage it must be treated.
