Typically dry eyes. Try artificial tears and consciously blinking every 10 minutes. If this doesn’t work, see an eye care professional.

Difficult to answer since there are many possible causes. This is one of those question that the only good answer is to tell you that you need to have an eye exam. It could be something as simple as needing glasses or contact lenses or it could be a sign of an eye problem. The only way to know is to examine you eyes.
Normal, age-related changes, can affect your vision such as myopia, presbyopia, and dry eye. You should visit your eye doctor for a complete examination to determine the cause of blurred vision while driving.
