Can heart attack be prevented?

I have a family history of a heart attacks. Can heart attack be prevented?

To some extent, yes. Those with familial diseases, congenital and “idiopathic “ (we don’t know how it happened) can have early screening. Also, close monitoring with your cardiologist, exercise, weight management and sleep hygiene can minimize your chances. I hope I was able to answer your question and I pray for you and yours.
I most cases yes. eating healthy, low fat, low carb diet (Mediterranean diets), exercise (even walking daily), control cholesterol and blood pressure, and stope smoking if you are smoking.
