With some pain/arthritis creams, ice/heat, exercise. Arthritis can’t be cured, but with proper attention, you can alleviate the pain and prolong bouts of flare up.
Knee arthritis is a condition where the cartilage in the knee joint wears down over time, resulting in pain, stiffness, and swelling. Unfortunately, once you have arthritis in your knee (or any joint), it does not go away. However, there are treatments that can help manage the symptoms and slow down the progression of arthritis.

Exercises to strengthen the muscles around the knee, losing weight if necessary, using assistive devices like braces or canes, and certain medications can all help to relieve pain and improve function. In some cases, more advanced treatments like injections or surgery may be recommended.

Some important and often overlooked treatments for knee arthritis are acupuncture, chiropractic, and shockwave therapy. Chiropractic adjustments to the knee and lower back can help slow the progression of arthritis by improving joint function. Acupuncture and shockwave therapy are also helpful for pain relief and reducing inflammation in the joints
There is a wide array of treatments and modalities. I will be happy to discuss them in an office visit.
It depends on what stage of arthritis you are in. You can have arthritis, but the pain could be coming from the muscles or the bursa. Only after a thorough examination and X-rays we can tell if you can get rid of the pain. I have had patients that have been able to keep their arthritis pain in remission.
Hi, with therapies, adjustments and exercise it can definitely help.
Degenerative arthritis does not go away. It is a progressive problem but we can decrease the symptoms through a goal directed exercise program, anti inflammatory diet, activity modification, and weight loss.
With ear Therapy, a therapist can find the knee points and trigger them to help you. You have a right to be well treated. In Ear reflexology, other points could be found and then the cause of your problem would show up to be treated.

Ask yourself a few questions before showing up for your treatment. Like, do you have stomach problems? Did you had any car accident that can bring your pain? Is there any food allergies that you have identified in the past?

Seems simple incidents of life but pretty much the truth for many people since you are a body and not body-parts person. It is a bigger picture we want to see.

Arthritis is a big word and you have to pay attention to it. The treatment may be simple and easy. Try a good Ear reflexologist and make the best out of it.
