“Can laser eye surgery correct farsightedness?”
I am a 33 year old female. I want to know if laser eye surgery can correct farsightedness?

It absolutely can! However, for both nearsighted and farsighted correction there are limits. Also, laser correction for farsighted (Hyperopia) eyes is generally less accurate than laser correction for nearsighted eyes.
Lasik eye surgery is moderately effective for the correction of low degrees of hyperopia ( +1.00 D to +3.00 D), but some regression was observed over the course of a 5-year follow-up period.
Yes, it can and is routinely done. Hyperopia/farsightedness may return to
some extent after some time, more than myopia/nearsightedness.
