“Can massage help with heel spurs?”
I have a heel spur and want to fix it. Can massage help with heel spurs?

"Heel Spurs" is really not an appropriate diagnosis. The actual problem is called Plantar Fasciitis. I have written a great deal about plantar fasciitis on my page on this site. Feel free to look at those answers.
massaging usually do not help, because a heel spur is deep inside the foot, massaging will not get deep enough. please seek the help of podiatrist for options with surgery and non surgery approaches.
Massage will not have any effect on the heel spur. The pain is related to the ligament. I recommend you make an appointment with a foot and ankle surgeon (podiatrist) for diagnosis and treatment options.
A massage for heel spurs will at best only give temporary relief, while the heel spur still remains causing pain long after the massage. I would recommend you see a Podiatrist to see your options to help you in the long term. At my Clinic, I have had some success with underwater Ultrasound therapy, but would consult the Podiatrist’s office first.
