Hello
First, one has to identify the etiology of the symptom, make the diagnosis, and then consider the best modality of treatment.
There are many differential diagnosis that comes to mind for palpitations, however, with a complete history, lab work if necessary, an EKG and full workup that is when we can discuss medications vs invasive and noninvasive method of treatment.

Best,
I would suggest you see a cardiologist so he or she can obtain the necessary tests to confirm what the palpitations mean and if treatment is indicated. Yesmedications can be helpful for certain conditions.
