Can my breathing issues be related to a swollen tonsil?

For over 2 years now, sometimes I have had difficulty breathing. I was wondering if it’s possible that my swollen tonsil is causing this?

The quick answer is yes. But if you look at your uvula, I caught the little punching bag hanging down in the back of your throat, on the right hand side of the picture or the right left-hand side of your mouth you’ll see that there seems to be a little bit of inflammation. Secondly behind your tonsils appear to have difficulty describing what I’m seeing other than the three combined would definitely be a differential in the diagnosis of why you’re snoring while you’re sleeping especially if your a mouth breather. I would speak and or see an ear nose and throat specialist to get a better evaluation and see if there is any other things that could result in it. Lastly a low lying uvula/palate would also hinder some breathing and we would result in or could result in, snoring. I hope that was of assistance and I wish you well. Thank you for asking for my advice.
