“Can nerve damage in your feet be repaired?”
I am a 70 year old male. I want to know nerve damage in feet can be repaired?

Not unless there is a diagnosable cause(like B12 deficiency, for example.) But, if there is no treatable cause found, there are medications that do reduce pain and burning(but will not reverse numbness or sensory loss.)
