Can spinal anesthesia cause paralysis?

I am a 29 year old female. I wonder if spinal anesthesia can cause paralysis?

Yes, but it is very rare.
If it’s done wrong it can cause a damage to the spinal cord and subsequently cause a paralysis.
No
It is one of the risks but is exceedingly rare. If you take a blood thinner you should stop it so the medication is completely reversed.
