Simple answer is yes, but you need to remove the aligners. The only thing you can drink with the aligners in your mouth is water. Anything else will potentially stain/decalcify/cause decay to your teeth.
Yes, you can. Yet it is best to drink all liquids except water without the trays in place.
As long as you don’t forget to put in your aligner after brushing.
