How do you sleep with Invisalign?

I am a 34 year old female and I am starting Invisalign. How do you sleep with Invisalign?

You should be able to sleep normally with the aligners in place. If it is a process of getting used to, then I suggest to take an OTC Benadryl which will make you a little drowsy and thus easier to fall asleep with the aligners on.
Just go to bed wearing your aligners. They are so thin that you won’t notice them.

Like wearing anything new, there is a short period of time during which you need to get used to the appliances in your mouth. For some perople this is a couple of hours. For others it's a day or so. After that you barely realize you are wearing anything. Sleeping should be no problem with the shells in your mouth. They are barely there.
My patients report that although initially being unusual, they quickly adapt to the feel of the aligners and have no problem sleeping.
p.s. you’ll be wearing retainers at night indefinitely!
