I am a 22 year old male. I want to know if you can get a cavity from one night of not brushing your teeth?

No. It is a process of demineralization of enamel that takes some time that depends on the diet. More sugar expedites the process even if you brush everyday. Demineralization is a consequence of carbohydrates exposure, time of exposure, and frequency.
It depends on what you have consumed, its consistency, its sugar content and how sticky it is, and many more factors. One may not get a detectable cavity, however, the process of the break down of the enamel could begin. The recommendation is that one should brush at least twice a day.
The short answer is no, if you miss brushing one night, you will not get a cavity. But if this a recurring theme, then “one night” you will start to develop a cavity which will gradually grow thereby necessitating a filling. Good luck.
