It is possible to get reinfected with COVID-19, depending on the strain of the virus. Please get tested for COVID-19 at your local testing site.
It’s highly unlikely to get reinfection in that short time period. Research indicates prior infection reduces the risk of reinfection in subsequent six to seven months by 80% to 85%. Age more than 65 was associated with higher rate of reinfection in one study. Simply having a positive test after recovery does not necessarily mean reinfection. Viral shedding can occur intermittently or for prolonged periods of time after recovery from infection.
