“Can you review my ECG results?”
I started feeling pressure around the middle of my upper chest throat area. I took an ECG with Fr of my watch and was wondering if someone would be able to review my results.

I cannot see the EKG well (bad resolution) so cannot make a diagnosis. You should always seek immediate medical attention for chest pain or chest pressure lasting more than 5-10min. This looks like SVT but hard to tell for sure. please see an MD for this soon.
You are in a tachycardia rhythm. It could be atrial flutter or some other SVT.
