I will have heart ablation surgery next week. How long does it take to recover from heart ablation surgery?

Usually 1-2 days
If the ablation is for a dysrhythmia such as atrial fabulation, then typically the recovery is exquisitely short term similar to a heart Kath 3 to 5 days and should be good to go. Just follow the guidelines set forth by the cardiologist.
Depending on your overall health 3-6 months
