“Cheekbone pain?”
Lately whenever I perform oral sex within seconds of starting my cheekbones and temples have a lot of pain, where I have to stop almost immediately and I have even gotten headaches from it. This never used to happen before so I’m not sure what is going on as it happens every time.

If it happens at no other time, it maybe muscular in origin. It also depends on the type of headache whether tension or migraine in nature. Migraines can be triggered by different things. It probably would be helpful to let a physician see you to see if there is anything else to add to this.
