“Chemical burn?”
Please I need help for a friend that lives in Africa. The Dr.'s there provided him with the medication called Podowart paint. It was supposed to treat a "wart" on his penis. They did not provide proper instruction for use. He got the medicine on his scrotum, and he is in severe pain. It looks as if the meds actually have burnt his skin off. They do not know how to treat him over there. Please if you can look at the pictures and provide any kind of recommendations that I can give to him and his family. The pain is terrible and he cannot walk. Will this heal? What pain meds would work? Any treatment?

I hope you have discontinued using this medication. This looks quite erosive, sore with pustules ... so you will need to be assessed and treated by your physician. Please find one asap. This is not something that can be looked at in a screen display and come to a conclusion....with recommendation for therapy.
